Memorial services for Rev. Dr. Marion Curtis Bascom, Sr. will be
held on Saturday, May 26, 2012 at Douglas Memorial Community Church 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. The one-hour Memorial Service will begin
at 11:00 a.m.
In honor and
respect for Dr. Bascom, several participating clergy will wear bow ties.
Dr. Bascom was
known for his fashionable bow ties that he wore with distinction.
I'll have to
purchase one and quickly learn how to tie it on.
