Marching through the streets of Brazil, the children signal the coming festive season. Spring is in the air. It's the first day of March. "In like a lion, out like a lamb. In like a lamb, out like a lion." I heard this saying about March all of my days. This year I believe March has come in like a lamb and it will go out like a lamp.

Strike up the band there is plenty to do to improve our communities.

Give our children summer jobs, and quality recreation centers.
