Joined by my colleagues, The Rev. Dr. S. Todd Yeary, Pastor of Douglas Memorial Community Church and The Rev. Dr. Lester A. McCorn, we led a March of over 800 persons to the site of the State Center Project in Baltimore. We meet with key officials to ensure an Economic Inclusion Plan was written into the agreement with the developer. Things have quieted down since this public demonstration. The fight has continued in the courtroom and the legislature. After this session of the Maryland General Assembly, we will have news that should encourage those who are ready and willing to work. The issue is all about jobs!
