We are reminded in scripture to get wisdom. Wisdom is developed by patiently listening and learning for sage advice. Sage advice comes from persons who have your best interests at heart and through their life's experiences have distilled eternal truths that come from God. Therefore, we are instructed to give heed to instruction if one wants to prosper. Finally, the Wise Sage is God, who loves us the most.
