In yesterday's newspaper, Baltimore City State's Attorney Gregg Bernstein announced that no charges will be filed against anyone in the fatal shooting outside of a local nightclub earlier this year. Two people died. Some were injured, and many were terrified, and there were over 42 shots fired, mainly by police officers. For him to stand before local media and make the declaration, "no charges will be filed," seems incredible.

He may control the criminal process, but the private citizens affected and injured, control the civil process. Justice will be served!
