There is no cause for anxiety as long as the above sentence is true. On earth, the Lord's power as easily controls those who are evil as He controls the winds of the sea. His love refreshes the poor with mercy as the earth with showers.
Recent events around the world should show man that his reign on earth is temporary. Rulers are falling, and man's kingdoms are failing.
I'm so glad the word confirms for me that the kingdoms of this world will become the Kingdom of our God. It's reassuring to know that no power on earth can subdue the King of Kings and the Lord of Lords.
