You really have to be from Baltimore and old school to remember when Bubba Smith gave some fabulous parties in his apartment in the Charles Center during the 1970’s.

He was a man's man and played football like he was the biggest and the baddest. It was unfortunate that the posts being held by the referees were made of metal and cause an injury to this knee that knocked him prematurely out of football. He resurfaced in movies and pitching legal services and other products on television.

Now he is gone! Hubba, Hubba here comes Bubba as he makes his entrance into heaven. RIP
